Florida homes sit right in the middle of prime termite country. Drywood termites can move into your attic, window frames, and furniture, while subterranean termites move in from the soil and attack from below. We built our termite program in Florida to handle both. That includes tent fumigations, no-tent termite treatments, termite bait stations, trenching, and termite pre-treats, all backed by a warranty on our termite services.
We are a local, family-owned company led by third-generation South Florida natives. Our team provides pet-friendly and environmentally friendly pest and termite control. With thousands of five-star reviews and awards for ethics and growth, we focus on long-term protection, not quick sprays.

Our Termite Inspection and Treatment Options
Every termite job starts with a free inspection. Our inspector looks for drywood and subterranean termite activity, checks the attic, exterior wood, and foundation, and identifies which termite species are present. In Fort Pierce, Boynton Beach, and similar areas, we often see both drywood termites and subterranean termites, including invasive Formosan termites.
After the inspection, we design a plan that can include:
- Tent fumigation for widespread drywood activity
- Whole-home no-tent treatments with foam in wall voids and high-risk wood, plus liquid borate on exposed attic wood
- Termite bait stations using the Trelona Advanced Termite Bait System for subterranean termites
- Liquid trench treatments to build a soil barrier around the foundation
- Termite pre-treats for new construction and additions
We mix these methods because drywood and subterranean termites behave differently. Drywood termites inside the structure respond best to tent fumigation or foam and borate. Subterranean termites in the soil respond best to bait and trench work around the foundation.
Schedule Your Free Termite Inspection

How Our Termite Tent Fumigation Process Works
Tent fumigation is a whole-structure treatment. We use it when drywood termites have spread through many areas and we want to eliminate the entire colony in one pass.
- 1. Measurement and planning
For fumigation, cost and gas volume are based on the cubic feet of the structure, not square feet. Our inspectors measure the roof pitch and check for a crawl space or other voids. Those areas require more gas, so they factor into the plan and the quote. - Prep guidance and scheduling
We walk you through what to remove, what to bag, and how long you will be out of the house. You receive clear prep instructions, similar to the way we handle bed bug tent work, where we outline clothing, bedding, furniture, and items that need prep for best results. - Tent installation and fumigation
On treatment day, the fumigation partner team installs a tent around the structure and releases gas to penetrate all infested wood. Gas treatment reaches termites that sit deep in beams, wall voids, and attic framing where sprays and foam cannot reach. - Aeration and clearance
After the exposure period, the structure is opened and aerated. Gas dissipates from the building and does not remain in surfaces or leave residue. Once readings meet label standards, you receive clearance to re-enter. - Follow-up options
Tent fumigation eliminates existing drywood termites inside the structure. From there, we focus on prevention. Many homeowners choose subterranean bait stations or a trench treatment after fumigation to reduce the chance of future termite problems from the soil and to keep the structure protected long term.
Tent Fumigation vs No-Tent Treatments and Bait Stations
We offer tent fumigations, whole-home no-tent treatments, termite bait stations, and liquid trenching, and we use each in different situations.
Tent fumigation works best for widespread drywood termite activity through many rooms or structural areas. It treats the whole structure at once and reaches hidden colonies in wood.
Whole-home no-tent treatments use foam in wall voids and other target areas, plus liquid borate on exposed attic wood. This approach fits many drywood infestations that are less widespread but still need a full-home plan.
Trelona Advanced Termite Bait Stations protect against subterranean termites, including Formosan termites. Stations sit in the soil around your home and use bait that worker termites carry back to the colony, which removes the colony over time.
Liquid trench treatments create a treated band of soil around the foundation. As subterranean termites move through that band, they contact termiticide that spreads through the colony like a shared exposure.
In many homes we combine these methods. For example, tent fumigation or no-tent foam and borate for drywood termites in wood, plus bait stations for ongoing subterranean termite protection around the structure.
Pet-Friendly, Family Focused Termite Treatment
Our company was built around pet-friendly and environmentally friendly pest and termite control. We apply products with the safety of your family and pets in mind and follow label directions for all termite work.
For soil work, we install bait stations at regular intervals around the foundation instead of heavy interior sprays. For liquid trenching, we place termiticide in soil bands outside the foundation so that termites meet it before they reach interior walls. For tent fumigation, we give clear prep steps so food, pets, and personal items are handled the right way before gas work begins.
