This was a return visit for inside liquid and aerosol treatment with insect growth regulator for a flea infestation in one of our bathrooms. We do not have pets and no other area of the house is affected. The initial visit (liquid spray and aerosol treatment) produced immediately a lot of noticeable dead fleas on the floor of the bathroom. However, 24 hrs later, a lot more are alive and jumping around. Upon my questioning to customer service whether the treatment combined adulticide flea treatment and insect growth regulator treatment, the company scheduled a return visit to spray insect growth regulator because the initial visit only treated adult fleas and did not treat the growing eggs and larvae. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism addressing the problem.

A 14 days follow-up treatment from the initial treatment is part of the plan. A 60 days warranty is included in the fee. We hope our flea infestation will be resolved.

Gabriel Martinez was our technician for the return visit. He arrived on time within the scheduled range. Notified us by text when he was 15 min away. He was professional, friendly and personable. He took care of the treatment efficiently.

Native Pest Management is a very good company. We have a plan for preventive termite and pest management however it does not include fleas infestation. So this is an additional treatment. They are very punctual with the scheduled treatments and always responsive to our phone calls. A human customer service person always answers the call and actually calls back when the concern needs more input.
All service visits are notified in advance and followed up after completion.
