Subterranean Termite Control in Florida

Dependable Solutions Backed By Trusted Expertise

Worried about subterranean termites? Native Pest Management offers thorough inspections and targeted perimeter treatments using proven methods, backed by licensed experts to protect your home with care and confidence.

Our process for reliable Subterranean Termite Control

Lasting protection from subterranean termites is what this service is built around, so our licensed inspectors begin with a thorough inspection of your foundation, soil, and structure to confirm the species and the extent of any activity.

We then protect your home one of two ways: a liquid termiticide barrier trenched into the soil around the foundation, or bait stations installed around the perimeter to eliminate the colony.

For example, the trenched liquid barrier stops termites from tunneling in and carries a transfer effect through the colony, typically lasting about five years before renewal or a switch to bait stations.

You can rely on the licensed team at Native Pest Management for pet and family friendly subterranean termite control that keeps your Florida home protected for the long haul.

Which termite species does Native Pest Management treat?

Termite services cover Formosan, Eastern subterranean, and drywood termites. Species identification matters because subterranean and drywood termites require different treatment systems.

Stations are installed in the soil around the structure at intervals of approximately 10 to 20 linear feet. Worker termites consume the bait and carry it to other colony members.

Subterranean termite bait stations are inspected annually. Under typical conditions, the bait remains active for 2 to 4 years before replacement is needed.

Subterranean termite options include a baiting system around the home or a liquid foundation treatment that creates a barrier at the structure. The property layout and termite conditions determine the recommended approach.

Mud tubes on foundation walls or other hard surfaces are a common early sign. White-winged swarmers or discarded wings inside the home can also indicate termite activity.
